Unfortunately, all personalized and custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if we make an error (such as incorrect engraving or sending the wrong item), we will gladly replace it or issue store credit.

We take extreme care with every customer-supplied item. However, if accidental damage occurs during engraving, Engraviti’s liability is limited to a maximum of $100 per item.

Yes! Non-personalized products from our curated collection can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is verified.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, as long as no proofs have been approved and the engraving process has not yet begun.

Refunds are only provided in cases where errors are made by our team during production, such as engraving mistakes that differ from the approved proof or sending the wrong item.
Once a proof has been approved, customers accept responsibility for the design details, and refunds will not be issued for errors present in the approved proof.
