At Engraviti, we take great pride in creating personalized and custom-engraved items just for you. Because each piece is made to order, all custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part, such as incorrect engraving, receiving the wrong item, or damage during production. When customers bring in their own items for engraving, we handle them with utmost care; however, due to the nature of engraving, Engraviti’s liability is limited to a maximum of $100 per item in the rare event of accidental damage. Engraving fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
For non-personalized items from our curated gift collection, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit after reviewing your claim. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if engraving has not yet started; once engraving begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

1. Can I return or exchange a custom-engraved item?
Unfortunately, all personalized and custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if we make an error (such as incorrect engraving or sending the wrong item), we will gladly replace it or issue store credit.
2. What happens if my personal item gets damaged during engraving?
We take extreme care with every customer-supplied item. However, if accidental damage occurs during engraving, Engraviti’s liability is limited to a maximum of $100 per item.
3. Can I return non-customized items?
Yes! Non-personalized products from our curated collection can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds are only provided in cases where Engraviti is at fault, such as errors in engraving or sending the wrong item. For all other cases, we offer replacements or store credit.
